ABOUT US

Being a young and dynamic entrepreneur I built this entirely free website to share my knowledge to impact your life and improve your health. Alongside my studies in Sport, Health, Performance and Research at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland, I give many sports lessons to kids and adults at different levels for the state and the University of Fribourg. Beside working as a personal trainer or a substitute teacher for the state I work as a promotor for a big company that sells pharmaceutical products such as muscle pain relief creams and so on. As a personal coach I help a few athletes to step their game up and give them a real planification that is based on scientific data and not just the "I've always done that" or the typical "A friend of mine told me that". On the other hand I continue to work with a few athletes that put their performance aside to focus on their well-being, which can be psychological or physiological.

I am a Swiss student in economics who is passionate about psychological research in sports, health and fitness. As a part of my civilian service, I am currently working in a home for elderly people and involved in different sports projects in collaboration with physiotherapists and osteopaths.
Being an athlete at a national level, I am enthusiastic and concerned about sport psychology, which is why I have been investigating the mental aspect of working-out. Working on the mind-body connection is crucial and is unfortunately often neglected. My experience in the sports industry has taught me that in addition to the physical performance, athletes need to have their mental capacity on point. Having coached athletes in various disciplines, I have observed that the motivational factor is the number one aspect that people should focus on whether they begin a new program for themselves or want to become an international athlete. Yet, very few recognize its importance, which is what causes the lack of motivation after a period of time. People that are very motivated at first are more inclined to give up after a while if they only take into account the physical factor. On this website, you will not only be able to create a program to reach your needs, but you will also find research that explains how you can work on your mind to improve your physical performance.
Another crucial element when it comes to sports is nutrition. Whether you want to gain muscle, lose weight, get leaner, or improve your performances, a good nutritional plan will help you reach your goals faster and for the long run. On this website, you will find nutritional plans and tips and a guide to create your own plan according to your own goals and needs. Most importantly, we are here to help YOU fix your goals in a smart way and reach them. We want to give you every chance to succeed and be proud of yourself. And don’t forget, “the harder the battle, the sweeter the victory” –Les Brown.
