HIIT

Introduction

Nowadays the HIIT is one of the most used term in sports. Unfortunately many people think it's the only way to lose weight which is completely wrong ! The HIIT training is very popular because you will burn a lot of calories in a minimum amount of time. 

Your body is going to adapt to every load you give him. Therefore if you always do the same type of training you won't see as much benefit in the long term as if you give many different signals, trainings types to your body. The goal is that your body never gets too comfortable and accustomed to a certain workout.

We will describe a few types of well-known HIIT method in this section.

We won't give any workouts for the simple reason that you can find a thousands of workouts on the internet and youtube. 

Tabata

Work hard for 20'' and then have a 10' rest is the moto of this method. 

Exemple.: Any step exercises during 20 seconds and then stand still for 10 seconds and you repeat the process around 8-10 times.

Turbulence method

The turbulence training consist of combining a weight circuit workout and a cardio workout. It has been proven to be one of the best way to lose weight. 

This method is great but extremely challenging for your organism
