The most common mistake is to give you a plan all made up without any direct contact with you to make an anamnesis (check up, interview ect.). Nobody knows your capacity better than you. You only can put the work in to lose weight and achieve your goals !
Therefore you will find 4 categories alongside many tips to figure out by yourself your physical aptitudes, what workout you should choose and when to do it.
The key is to be CONSISTENT ! Make sure you are having a lot of fun and don't overload yourself at the beginning otherwise you may lose your motivation very fast and stress your body way too much which may cause injuries.
