Resistance bands
Introduction
Resistance bands can be used in many different forms.
-They can be added to a workout to add some resistance (per example for the squat where the elastic will be at his max when your legs will be straight which correspond to a pause when you squat without the bands).
- They can be used for your warmup to get your articulations ready for the workout and improve your range of motion.
- They can be used as a cool down after your workout.
In this section, we will focus on the third point described which is the improvement of your range of motion. You will find out why and some of the best exercises with the resistance bands.
