Swimming: Level 1

Introduction

On the first level, you will find many exercises to improve your swim technique for the crawl, breaststroke and the backstroke.

I will give you a workout for each swim styles. You have to adapt these workouts to your level and you can always mix one workout with another one.

Don't hesitate to use flippers to help go through theses workouts!
