Swimming

Introduction

Swimming is one of the most complete sport on earth ! Every part of your body will be solicited and you will have less risk to get injured. Indeed, contrary to a sport like running, you dont have any impact with a hard matter like the ground. 

Many injured athletes start their rehabilitation on the field with exercises in water. It's also a great way to recover without stressing your body even more than what it already is !

Beginners

Find basic exercises to get to the level 1 workout !

Level 1

If you just started to swim and need many exercises to improve your techniques, this category is made for you !!

You will swim around 1km. You can always shortened the lesson if it's too long.

Level 2

If you are already a good swimmer and you can swim around 1.5-2km in 1 hour with intervals and technique exercises.

Level 3

If you are a really good swimmer and you can swim around 2-3km in one hour this section is for you !
