Introduction
In this section, you will find many running workouts! Whether you are already an accomplished runner or a newcomer, you will be able to adapt every running training to your level.
Here is a list of the running trainings offered:
- A stairs running training
- A pyramidal running training
- An interval training by pairs, which means you have to do it with one of your friend !
