You won't be able to evaluate precisely your progress and for this reason I don't recommend it.
I will still give you a few workouts that you can do without any material
Workout 1
Material:
- none, outside, forest ect.
- Resistance bands, agility scale for the warm-up.
Goals:
- Learn how to change speed and manage the strength you put in every step.
Most of the people run without thinking about their pace. This workout will help you change speed and increase the amplitude of your steps or the frequency of your step.

- Improve your breathing and control your speed.
To have the control of your body is no easy task ! Breathing is something to adapt from the very start of your training ! Many young or unexperienced athlete run way too fast at the beginning, Try to control your pace and always be in charge.
